As part of the Danang Innovation Startup Festival – SURF 2025, on the morning of July 30, the cooperation signing ceremony between Da Nang People’s Committee and CT Group took place, witnessed by Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh; Member of Political Bureau, City Party Committee Secretary, Head of the Da Nang National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Quang.

The content of the cooperation agreement aims to promote the sustainable and comprehensive development of Da Nang through the implementation of groundbreaking initiatives in border space digital technology and the application of advanced technologies, such as: multi-layered digital technology for land and border space – 15-layer Digital Twin, pilot operation of the Carbon Credit Trading Market in Da Nang; collaboration on biotechnology for ginseng, medicinal herbs, and rare genetic resources; semiconductor industry, microelectronics, innovation, and comprehensive digital transformation.
At the signing ceremony, Vice Chairman of Da Nang People’s Committee, Ho Quang Buu, affirmed the city’s commitment to further improving the investment environment, enhancing the creative startup ecosystem, and providing favorable conditions for businesses, organizations, and individuals to thrive and develop sustainably.
